The safaris include our hand crafted itineraries which allow our guests to enjoy "Palau's Greatest Hits" as well as many of our best kept secrets. The safaris are led by our veteran expedition tour leaders with years of guiding & teaching experience in Palau.
After a leisurely day of paddling, snorkeling, and exploring, we paddle into world class beaches with a host of waiting amenities. After a hot fresh water shower, our guests can pull up a chair on the beach and enjoy a glass of chilled wine while watching a spectacular Micronesian sunset. Our weatherproof dining tent is outfitted with all the amenities of a five star restaurant. The meals are prepared by a team of experienced Palauan chefs who pride themselves in the mastery of local & Western culinary arts.
A team of fishermen insures that every meal includes the latest catches from the bountiful sea.
Our walk in Safari tents are outfitted with folding beds and mattresses, night stand, & reading light. After an unforgettable day of Micronesian adventures, our guests can relax to the sound of the lapping ocean, a chorus of night-frogs, and playful fruit bats.
For those guests who have never been on a camping safari, this is a gentle approach to easing yourself into the outdoors. Palau has no poisonous land creatures so the islands are perfectly safe. Even more amazing is the fact that there are virtually no bugs! The limestone islands can’t hold fresh water and thus mosquitoes are denied their breeding habitats. There’s a reason we call Palau a Micronesian Paradise.
These Paddling Safaris are designed to accommodate novice to expert paddlers. The safari tours are boat supported which gives each group the option of adding extra adventures or shuttling past longer paddle stretches.
